During the 1980's and 1990's, Roger Woolstenhulme worked with Trammell Crow Company in the Oklahoma City and Detroit offices, rising to the rank of Managing Director. At Trammell Crow, Mr. Woolstenhulme served the needs of larger clients such as REIT's, pension funds, insurance companies, major corporations and high net worth individuals closing over 600 transactions totalling in excess of $250 million. Since 2000, Mr. Woolstenhulme has been President and Principal Broker of Wyngate Properties, Inc. where his expertise is directed toward creating real estate solutions for local, regional and national tenants, investors and property owners.

Mr. Woolstenhulme earned a BS degree from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. He is currently affiliated with several civic, professional, and charitable organizations. He enjoys church and family activities as well as golf, snow skiing, scuba diving, Tennessee Walker horses, Harley Davidson motorcycles and playing in adult baseball leagues.

Collin Cook is the newest addition to Wyngate Properties. Prior to joining Wyngate, Mr. Cook worked in the construction industry, where he learned many aspects of construction and development.

Mr. Cook earned a BS from Brigham Young University - Idaho, majoring in Business Management, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship.

In his free time he enjoys being physically active, in which he is able to push himself to greater heights. He enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Bain, learning new things, and looking for ways to improve himself in all aspects of life.

Greg has been involved with Business Brokerage, Mergers & Acquisitions and Commercial Real Estate since 1978. He has lived and worked in Virginia, Ohio, Minnesota, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. He owned his own Business Brokerage, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Commercial Real Estate firm in Arizona. He has traveled and worked extensively throughout the United States, Europe and South America. Greg has owned several businesses himself, most of which were turnaround and start up type businesses. Greg graduated from the University of Utah with two degrees one in Business Administration majoring in marketing and the other in History. He has also done graduate studies at Columbia University.

Greg has extensive experience in valuing business and commercial real estate; helping owners develop exit strategies and maximizing value; structuring business brokerage, mergers & acquisitions and commercial real estate transactions; new startups; business ownership and management; turnaround of troubled businesses; and marketing and sales.

Greg has a Commercial Pilot License with Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings and is also a Certified Flight Instructor for Single Engine, Multi-Engine and Instrument Aircraft and has over 5,000 hours of flight time. Greg enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping in the mountains of the Western U.S. He is an avid gun enthusiast and shooter and especially enjoys black powder muzzleloader shooting. He enjoys reading and studying history and most enjoys United States history from the Colonial Era up through the end of the 1800’s.

Greg is married to his sweetheart and best friend. They have two wonderful sons, two marvelous daughters-in-law and eight incredible grandchildren. All of whom bring great joy to him and help to make life fantastic.

Michael Lefevre has dual licenses as both an Appraiser and Realtor. For more than twenty years Mr LeFevre has been appraising property throughout the state of Utah. His broad experience ranges across raw land, residential, farm & ranch and commercial. As a realtor Mr. LeFevre has successfully worked on behalf of clients relocating to Utah as well as for investors, property owners and real estate developers.

Mr. LeFevre graduated with a BS degree from the University of Utah. He is currenlty involved with civic organizations and volunters time leading youth groups. Mike enjoys spending time with his family at their cabin as well as cross training. On a challenge from his children Mike recently completed his first triathlon.

Over the last 13 years, Spencer Goo has been a licensed Realtor in Utah. In addition, Mr. Goo has extensive experience in real estate development, land planning, managing commercial building construction projects and commercial leasing.

Mr. Goo graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance in 2002. In 2011, he earned his MBA from Utah State University.

Mr. Goo enjoys volunteering as a soccer coach, playing sports, spending time with his family and traveling to visit extended family in Hawaii.

Stephen L. Woolstenhulme obtained his initial real estate license in Utah in 1978. Initially he sold residential properties, but he had his eye on the commercial and multi-family market. After assembling investor groups to acquire properties, he moved to Dallas to expand his operations in 1980. By 1983 he had over 800 employees and was managing apartment and health care properties in Texas and Oklahoma.

Over the years Mr. Woolstenhulme developed office and townhomes properties. As an accomplished pilot with an airplane transport pilot rating and Learjet type rating, he managed and brokered aviation properties as well. In 2009 he relocate to Las Vegas where he broker the sale and lease of thousands of square feet of commercial warehouses and airport properties. In 2017 Steve returned to Utah where he works with Wyngate Properties as a consultant and business advisor.

Ms. Wilkins plays a key role within Wyngate in marketing and social media. Bree received an associates degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Bree has worked with a variety of companies such as Avenia Bridal and Lu Lu Lemon and has created an apparel line.

Bree was a member of the FIT dance team, is a certified pilates instructor and enjoys spending time with her husband, Taylor and her son Logan.

Gwen Woolstenhulme functions in accounting and bookkeeping. Ms. Woolstenhulme has provided accounting services for clients such as dentists and general contractors over the years and was employed by Murray Properties in Dallas, Texas as a property management accountant.

Ms. Woolstenhulme earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and later passed the CPA exam in the state of Oklahoma. Gwen has enjoyed raising her four children and has served as president and treasurer of multiple PTA's and the Riverside Ladies Golf Association. Gwen enjoys playing golf and sewing, among other hobbies and interests.
